Can't I just do it myself?
Absolutely. The info and membership area has all the info you need in order to correctly configure your domain sending authentication. However, some clients find it a little technical and would prefer to have it completed by an email expert.
Domain and email blacklists will be changing in the future.
Can I set up more than one email address?
Yes, our price includes setting up 3 sending domains.
So you could set up hey@domain1.com, yourname@domain2.com and name@domain3.com
That would all be included in our price.
Do I need to give my login info to my domain registrar?
Our technical team can go in and do it for you, but in some cases, you may gave 2FA on your domain accounts. In that case, we can schedule a Zoom and do it together so you never need to divulge your passwords or sensitive information.
Can I continue to send with my GMail account?
No. Starting Feb 1, 2024, you are REQUIRED to send bulk emails from your own domain name. This is required even if you use a third-party sender like Convertkit, Aweber, Webinarjam, etc.
